This VIP consultation is the starting point for serious clients ready to build luxury. It's a personalized one-on-one session with our top architects and developers to map out your entire vision. Perfect for new builds, major renovations, or land-first luxury strategies. We assess your goals, location, style, and budget — then curate a Luxury Inspiration Package just for you. This is the beginning of a powerful collaboration. 📍 What’s Included: 1-hour deep-dive consultation (Zoom or in-person if applicable) Involves top-level architects, designers, and strategists Vision discovery & project intake Lifestyle-based planning guidance Feasibility review (location, structure, timeline, budget) Investment mindset & value-engineering discussion Custom-curated Luxury Inspiration Package (PDF or slideshow with design & build direction) Eligible for next-stage design, permits, and full build proposal The cost applies toward full build if moving forward with JussConstruct.

Cancellation Policy

Your Luxury Vision Consultation is confirmed once full payment of $2,500 is received via our secure online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and calendar invite within 24 hours. Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling or changes made within 72 hours may incur a $250 fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may qualify for a 50% refund. All cancellations after that point are non-refundable. No-shows or missed consultations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your intake form and any relevant materials must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your appointment. Late submissions may affect the quality or timing of your custom deliverables.
