📌 1. Initial Consultation & Site Analysis

We begin with a comprehensive discovery meeting to understand your goals, preferred layout, architectural style, and land conditions.

Review of your property (location, topography, zoning)
Define building use (seasonal, residential, commercial)
Discuss style (timber frame, container, prefab, etc.)
Confirm municipal bylaws and permit restrictions

🧰 3. Structural Engineering & Technical Drafting

Our engineering team translates the concept into fully detailed structural drawings, compliant with Ontario Building Code (OBC) and relevant safety standards.

Foundation plans
Framing details (beams, joists, columns)
Load calculations and support systems
Structural connections and roof details
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) layout coordination

✅ Outcome: Technical drawing set ready for permit submission

📐 4. 3D Visualization & Revisions

We provide 3D renderings or models to help you visualize the design. You can request refinements during this stage to finalize aesthetic or structural preferences.

Virtual walkthrough (optional)
Modifications based on client feedback
Final review with stamped engineering drawings (if required)

📦 5. Documentation & Delivery

Once finalized, we prepare a complete drawing package and deliver it in multiple file formats for easy use.

You receive:

✔️ PDF drawing set (for review/permits)
✔️ DWG (AutoCAD files)
✔️ SHP / GeoJSON / KML (GIS compatible if needed)
✔️ MEP schematics (if included in package)

Delivery via:

Email link or download folder
Printed blueprint sets (upon request)
Direct upload to city permit portals (where applicable)
